We will ship your order as soon as possible after placing it. When your package has been shipped, you will receive your receipt with tracking number via e-mail.
If the package or its contents are damaged upon receipt, please contact us by email.

All orders within Denmark are sent with Postnord for home delivery. Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery of your items. We always pack everything carefully and should – contrary to expectations – damage occur during shipping, please report this to the shipping company. We are not responsible for damaged items.

You have the option of picking up your order in our store. When your order is ready for collection, you will be notified by e-mail. Pick-up can be done on Thursday at 11-17, Friday at 11-17 and Saturday at 11-15.

Shipping rates are charged upon purchase, starting at 55 DKK and calculated based on the package weight.
